Low FODMAP Pumpkin Bread


This pumpkin bread recipe is one you can enjoy year round, not just during the fall season.

Whether you are pumpkin lover or not, this recipe will make you a pumpkin lover!


Just remember, canned pumpkin is considered Low FODMAP for people with IBS at 1/3 of a cup. At 1/2 a cup the pumpkin has a higher level of GOS and fructans that may irritate your digestion. So make sure to not overindulge, but to savor the flavor by making this loaf last!


Why should you eat pumpkin?


Pumpkin, is a great source of fiber, Vitamin A, and beta-carotene. So, not only does it taste good, but it good for us too!
